Pricing

Every fee, before you confirm.

DDPay charges one flat fee, on one thing: cashing out to a bank account in Peru. Converting between your balances uses a rate with a small, disclosed spread. Moving money between DDPay users carries no DDPay fee. And whatever the movement, the exact fee and rate are on your screen before anything leaves your balance.

What you'll see before you confirm

Each movement is laid out the way DDPay shows it in the app: what leaves your balance, what DDPay charges, and what arrives. The amounts are examples. Your screen shows your numbers.

The fee is charged on top, so the full $100.00 is what gets paid out, in soles at the payout partner's rate at the moment you quote. Minimum $10.00 per cash-out. If a payout fails, the fee is returned with your money.

What DDPay doesn't charge for

  • Opening an account or keeping a balance. There is no monthly, maintenance, or inactivity fee.
  • Receiving money from another DDPay user.
  • Sending money to another DDPay user.
  • Paying a business by QR code or payment link. The business receives the full amount.
  • Requesting money with a payment link.
  • Adding money with a card.
  • Sending USDC from your DDPay balance to an external wallet.
  • A cash-out that fails. The service fee comes back with your money.

Limits

Daily and monthly limits, visible in the app

Limits apply to money leaving your balance: sends to DDPay users, payments to businesses, sends to external wallets, and cash-outs (fee included). They run on a rolling 24-hour and 30-day window, separately for dollars and soles. If a transfer would go over, it is declined and nothing leaves your balance.

You can also set a lower limit of your own in Settings. It can tighten DDPay's limit, never raise it.

In plain words

What else you should know

  • DDPay is not a bank. Balances held in DDPay are not deposit-insured.
  • Every fee and rate is shown on screen before you confirm. Nothing leaves your balance until you do.
  • This page reflects DDPay's current fee schedule and can change. The fee that applies to a transfer is always the one shown in the app when you confirm it.
  • Which movements are available to you depends on your verification status and where you are.
